Safety & light sensitivity

This tour uses an in-vehicle screen that may display flashing lights. The drive also follows uneven, bumpy roads. If you are sensitive to flashing lights, have a photosensitive condition, or have concerns about the road conditions, please contact us before booking to discuss whether the tour is suitable for you.

Participation & indemnity

Guests participate at their own risk and acknowledge the risks associated with a night-time wildlife drive, including uneven terrain and encounters with wild animals. Please follow your guide’s safety instructions throughout the tour.

To the extent permitted by South African law, Thermal Night Drive Safaris will not be responsible or liable for injury, loss or damage arising from participation in the tour. Nothing in these conditions excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for gross negligence.

By accepting these Terms & Conditions and confirming your booking, you acknowledge these risks and accept this indemnity. The person booking must share these conditions with everyone in their party; a parent or legal guardian must consent for children participating.

Bookings & pick-up point

Book online, or message us on +27 82 455 4841 with your name, contact number, preferred date and the number of adults and children under 8 in your party. The pick-up point for all guests is 3882 Olifant Dr, Marloth Park. Departures start at 19:00 South African time and last about 2.5 hours.

The price is R750 per adult. Children under 8 join free. A minimum of two adults is required, with a maximum of six guests including children. Four or more adults reserve an exclusive drive. Your online reservation is confirmed when payment is confirmed.

Cancellations

Cancel more than 48 hours before your booked date’s 19:00 start to qualify for a 70% refund of the amount paid. No refund is available for cancellations made at or within 48 hours of departure. Cancel through your booking page, or contact us by phone or WhatsApp with your booking reference.
